How does returns work?

At Suneiika, you have 60 days to return your items from date of purchase for store credits for the full amount of the item as long as it is returned in a (1) saleable condition with original proof of purchase; (2) is unworn with all tags still attached; (3) there are no marks or stains (including without limitation makeup or spray tan); and (4) any accessories are included. This 60 day returns policy does not apply to gift cards, coupons or any other redeemable token.

If you can’t provide proof of purchase, we will be unable to provide you with an exchange coupon or refund.

You will need to pay the shipping and postage cost in returning the product to Suneiika (the original shipping and posting cost will not be refunded).

What if the item was faulty?

An item I wanted is out of stock?

We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure our stock levels we maintained.  Unless an item is discontinued, we generally move quickly to restock our levels.  We suggest you continue to monitor the website as we will normally replenish stock levels within weeks.

How long is delivery?

Within Australia delivery is normally within 3-10 business days unless you order express delivery which is normally within 1-2 business days from dispatch.  For international delivery, express delivery will depend on the location but can be between 2 to 10 business days from dispatch depending on the location.  Non-express international delivery is significantly longer.

How can I track my shipment?

Once dispatched, we will email a tracking number to enable tracking.

How does taxes and additional charges work for international delivery?

Some countries can attract export and import taxes, custom fees and duties and other charges levied on the items.  Such additional sums are the responsibility of the customer.

Which counties do we deliver?

We deliver to most countries and if you have difficulty in checking-out, just shoot our friendly customer service team a line.

Where is Suneiika based?

Suneiika’s head office is in Sydney, Australia and we only have an online store.  However, we ship to most locations!

In what currency are the prices?

All prices are in Australian dollars and beware of currency exchange rates as this may alter the prices from your home country.

Can I pre-order items?

If the item is listed for pre-order, you can pre-order for when the stock arrives.  While stocking times can vary, stock usually arrives within 1-3 weeks. Contact info@suneiika.com if you have specific questions about items.

How does sizing work?

Our sizing is based on standard online store sizing but if the item does not fit, check out return policy!

Do we do lay-by?

We do not do lay-by given our affordable prices.
